The ASAL Humanitarian Network brings together humanitarian and development organizations committed to advancing the rights, resilience, and wellbeing of communities in Kenya’s Arid and Semi-Arid Lands. Membership is presently extended to organizations whose values, expertise, and priorities align with the network’s mission through an invitation-only process. This approach ensures a focused and capable coalition able to deliver meaningful policy influence and high-quality humanitarian action.

An open application process will soon allow interested organizations to apply directly for membership. Successful applicants will gain access to coordinated advocacy platforms, capacity-building opportunities, and collaborative initiatives that amplify their impact. Becoming part of AHN means contributing to collective action that strengthens local leadership and drives long-term change in ASAL regions.
